Do you have a secret sauce that is just amazing on everything? One of those sauces that can make even a blah dish taste fabulous? I do and it has been my secret sauce for a long time. It is wonderful on everything from shrimp and pork to rice and potatoes. Parsley Garlic Caper Sauce makes your taste buds jump and it is so easy to make. It is one of those little secrets that you almost don’t want to share with anyone. But of course, I will share it with you!
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons Garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
- 2 cups White Wine
- 2 tablespoons Capers
- 1 tablespoon of Butter
Instructions
- Heat the Olive Oil in a large frying pan
- Add the Garlic and Parsley and saute until the Garlic is slightly brown
- Add the White Wine and bring to a boil. Once it reaches boiling point, reduce to a simmer
- Simmer on low for 15 minutes
- Add the Capers and the Butter
- Serve over Fish, Chicken, Pork, Rice or Boiled Potatoes

Kid Ratings: Alexandra 10, Ronnie 10, Reis 10, Riley 7.5 (likes it better without the capers) Seriously, my kids will eat almost anything with this sauce on it!
