Lobster Ravioli with Shrimp Garlic Caper Sauce #SundaySupper

Lobster Ravioli with Shrimp Garlic Caper Sauce Happy Mother’s Day Friends!   May your table be filled with great conversation, incredible food and memories that will last a lifetime.   I am blessed to be spending the day with My Mother and My Children.  There is nothing like the unconditional love of family.  My husband surprised me and made reservations for Mother’s Day.  He felt that I had been working so hard lately that a meal out was in order today.  I truly can’t remember the last time I didn’t cook for my mom on Mother’s Day.  Although this felt a little off, I quickly realized that the family table can be anywhere… the only ingredient required is Love.

Lobster Ravioli with Shrimp Garlic Caper Sauce

Do you have a special recipe that  when you serve it to your family, it screams “made with love.”  Today I am sharing one of those recipes that my family loves and when a big platter filled  with Lobster Ravioli with Shrimp Garlic Caper Sauce is placed Around the Family Table, they know they are loved.

Chorizo Bread

I love this picture of Vo-Vo and Reis spending time in the kitchen.  I had it made into a canvas as a Mother’s Day Gift for Vo-Vo

First – Happy Mother’s Day to one of my dearest friends and one of the most amazing mama’s I know. Thank you for listening and being there and really just being the amazing person you’ve let me see. I will always, always be grateful for your friendship.

Second – Seriously? This. Is. The. Ultimate. Recipe. This is my dream, like the one I see myself eating daily and never getting sick of. You know that one food, if you were stranded on a desert island… yeah – this would be the one. This encompasses ALL of my favorite foods (except bacon…and avocado… and ranch…) but that’s okay because it freakin’ has LOBSTER. And Shrimp. And GARLIC. and Capers and geez woman. THIS… is being made in my kitchen REALLY! REALLY! REALLY! Soon. Or I could just come hang with you and you can make it for me 😉

    Happy Mother’s Day!! xoxo

Oh my word this looks AMAZING! I’m glad you got to spend a relaxing day out for Mother’s Day. (And hopefully didn’t have to wash a single dish!) You’re absolutely right, it’s not the table that makes Sunday Supper special, it’s the people around it.

So nice you got taken out for Mother’s Day. Then you got to relax and enjoy the company of your family.
I couldn’t wait to get the recipe and I’m so glad you shared it today. I’ve had some lobster ravioli dishes and they seem too heavy. Not yours though. The flavors are incredible and I’m adding it to my pasta dishes to make.
