It’s that time of year… time to have some Halloween fun. I love making fun Halloween Ghost Flatbread Pizza’s this time of year. They are super easy to make and can be pre-baked and transported to a party. The best part about them is that a pizza bar can be set up and everyone can add their own toppings. Whether a kids Halloween Party or and Adult Party… they are lots of fun!

Some of our favorite Halloween Ghost Flatbread Pizza toppings:
- Sliced Grape Tomatoes
- Iceburg Lettuce
- Spinach
- Arugula
- Bacon
- Prosciutto
- Chicken
- Goat Cheese
- Blue Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Feta Cheese
- Tomato Sauce
- Ranch Dressing
- Blue Cheese Dressing
- Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 Naan Flatbreads, oval shaped
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Veggies to decorate. We used olives for the eyes and grape tomatoes for the lips and bow.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place naan flatbreads on pizza pan or stone and brush with olive oil
- Sprinkle the garlic powder evenly over the 4 flatbreads
- Sprinkle the flatbreads with mozzarella cheese
- season with salt and pepper to taste and add the eyes and mouth if desired
- Bake for approximately 10 to 12 minutes
- For a party, I pre-bake the flatbreads ahead of time and then just reheat before guest arrive.
- I set up a toppings bar and let everyone add their favorite toppings.

Honestly, the toppings are endless and kids love building their own Halloween Ghost Flatbread Pizzas!

The only problem that I have when we make the Halloween Ghost Flatbread Pizza is that I can’t help myself from taking a quick bite as I am photographing… mmm so good!

October 30, 2013 at 9:34 amWhy is it that melted cheese on flatbread automatically makes me start drooling? These look delicious, and I love how adaptable they are.
