Weekday Supper Menu for the week of October 28th – November 1st
Monday
Spinach and Mushroom White Pizza from Supper For a Steal
Copycat California Pizza Kitchen White Pizza with the addition of mushrooms. A great meatless Monday dish the whole family will enjoy.

Tuesday
Shrimp and Crab Cakes from Cindy’s Recipes and Writings
Crab cakes are one of those make ahead entrees that cook up in about 10 minutes. These easy to prepare crab cakes are jazzed up with the addition of cooked shrimp.

Wednesday
Chickpeas and Chicken Stew from Basic N Delicious
Made with natural tomato sauce in only 20 minutes, with no mess and no fuss.

Thursday
Fideo Mexican Style from Adriana’s Best Recipes
This traditional Mexican lunchtime pasta dish is comforting and homey with the spicy kick of jalapeño in a garlic tomato sauce that is finished with crumbled queso fresco and fresh chopped cilantro.

Friday
Asian Pulled Pork Brown Rice Bowl from Hip Foodie Mom
Inspired by the rice bowls at Chipotle, this Asian inspired rice bowl dish is made with pulled pork.
