Bowtie Marinara with goat cheese

You all know how excited I am about every single Sunday Supper Event we host.  I have to tell you, this week is no different.  In fact, this week’s Sunday Supper Event hosted by hosted by Liz Weber from That Skinny Chick Can Bake  is one that is very special to me.  It is special because our amazing group of talented contributors have come together to make a difference.

#SundaySupper now reaches a very large audience and there is no better feeling than making a difference in the lives of others.   This week we are lending helping hands to those affected by Hurricane Sandy in the Northeast.  Having grown up in New Jersey, this cause is near and dear to my heart.   Many victims celebrated Thanksgiving outside of their homes. Despite the hardships suffered due to Sandy, many are still finding reason to feel grateful and to enjoy the holiday.

Feeling inspired?  Join us Around the Family Table for Sunday Supper and let’s make a difference in the lives of others.  Our #SundaySupper this week is all about #HelpingHands to those that need our help.  What better way to reach others than through food.

I love simple pasta dishes that can be made on weekdays after work. I’ve sure the goat cheese really ups the flavor of this dish.

I love the way you use goat cheese with pasta dishes. Both my husband and I love goat cheese so much. It is something I always have in the fridge. I can’t wait to try this recipe.

I never blended goat cheese with marinara until I had it at a restaurant as a dipping appetizer! Holy yum! What a fantastic combo! Hmmmm…I just gave myself an idea for a post! LOL
