I love making this dish for large groups. So easy and perfect for a group.
- 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 3 teaspoons of minced Garlic
- 3 cups of Marinara Sauce
- 1 pound of Bowtie Pasta cooked al dente
- 6 ounces of Goat Cheese
- 2 Green Onions finely chopped
- Heat the Olive Oil in Large skillet or dutch oven
- Lightly brown the Minced Garlic over medium heat
- Add the Marinara Sauce and simmer for half hour
- Add Pasta and simmer for 10 minutes
- Add Goat Cheese and simmer for 5 minutes stirring consistently
- Add Green Onions and place in an easy to reheat tray if taking to friends
