I know, it is probably really obviously, I love any excuse to get together with family and friends. Can you imagine how excited I was when girlichef suggested a Mexican Fiesta for our Sunday Supper theme? I was all in! My boys actually love Mexican Cuisine and Reis was ready to help me in this challenge…. it was time for a Reis-ipe. Reis developed the perfect recipe for this special Sunday Supper, Stoplight Salsa. Who could resist these beautiful peppers from the farmer’s market? They were just gorgeous and screaming… take me home for Sunday Supper!

The Sunday Supper Team rose to the challenge once again and created the most amazing recipes for our Mexican Fiesta…I promise these recipes will have you drooling!
