Hey there!   You’re not going to believe this… I am SO excited for this week’s Sunday Supper Event!  It’s going to be so much fun!  I’m so honored to have Heather from girlichef  hosting #SundaySupper this week.  When she asked me if she could host Día de Independencia, or Mexican Independence Day, I couldn’t wait to whip out the Margaritas and grab some salsa.  But when I saw the amazing recipes that we will be sharing for our Mexican Fiesta, I was blown away!
