Simple and Fresh Summer Tuna Steak Fajitas It’s amazing how a handful of inspired ingredients can turn run-of-the-mill Fajitas into a truly memorable meal! In this case, plump roasted red and yellow peppers chime in with a burst of freshness, seared tuna adds succulent flavor and the addition of LAND O LAKES®  NEW Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt lends concentrated richness to these Fajitas.

When it is all wrapped up with sour cream and guacamole, you have wonderful taste with Mediterranean flair.  Like most things, they taste even better when made with love.  I have to tell you, I am in love with this new LAND O LAKES® product.  While it is the perfect showcase for fresh summer produce and seafood, you can use it anytime you need to be reminded of a warmer season. This is Simiple and Fresh Summer eating at it’s finest!

Tuna fajitas! Yum, yum, yum! I can almost taste them now. This is such a nice alternative to the usual steak or chicken ones.

Fish tacos are all the rage where I live. What a great variation – fajitas with tuna! I’m heading to the docks now for fresh tuna…

I never thought to use tuna to make fish tacos! I’ve tried tilapia, but it has a weird aftertaste to me – thanks for the inspiration!

I never would have thought to use butter, tuna, or soy sauce in fajitas. I bet it gives it a really unique flavor!
