The Perfect Memorial Day Menu #SundaySupper

Do you celebrate Memorial Day with Family and Friends? What makes the perfect Memorial Day Menu for those get togethers?  Do you have a signature dish that you share  at every BBQ?  For years, we always had the typical Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.  My kids love a good burger from the grill. What I realized was that by the time I purchased the meat, the onions, the tomatoes, the onions and the buns, it cost a fortunate. I started really scouting out the sales and realized that many times I can find Pork Chops and Tilapia for a fraction of the cost of Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.  My friends started looking forward to my BBQ’s because they were a little bit different and my Soy Sauce Marinated Pork Chops and Tilapia have become a favorite Around the Family Table for the Holidays.
