Happy Monday! I hope you had an awesome weekend. We had a great time. Anytime my oldest comes home from college, and our family is complete once again, is an awesome weekend for me. I love surprising her with some of her favorite food when she walks through the door. The truth is, sometimes I really need taste tester. This week I was trying out a new recipe for my Walnut Crusted Salmon Cakes. I had them waiting for her and her boyfriend when they arrived. You would have thought I had just served them a gourmet meal from a top restaurant. Alexandra and Shamus are the perfect taste testers, they are truly foodies at heart. You can feel their excitement as they take every bite. The Walnut Crusted Salmon Cakes with Garlic Parsley and Caper Sauce were a huge hit.

This week’s Easy Weekday Supper Recipes are sure to inspire you to spend time Around the Family Table. These recipes are delicious, nutritious and so easy to prepare!
