Easy Weekday Supper Recipes #WeekdaySupper

Happy Monday!   I had a tremendous week and am feeling very blessed.  I had the opportunity to go out to Chicago and meet with a great group of individuals.  I was honored to be part of this “think tank” and was once again reminded of the power of surrounding ourselves with great people.  You see, for me it is much easier to work behind a computer screen.  It is not always easy to put myself out there.  But I have learned to never give up an opportunity for growth.

“Do one thing every day that scares you.” ― Eleanor Roosevelt  This shall be my thought for the week!

I was greeted at the airport by Ron, the boys and Gracie.  You guessed it… the one the most excited to see me after 2 days away was Gracie.   I don’t think she has left my side for more than a minute since I returned.  There is nothing like returning home and spending time Around the Family Table.   Ron and the boys cooked Sunday Supper this week.  It was a true guys meal – Baby Back Ribs and Potatoes.  Maybe it was because I had been away or because I didn’t cook, but this meal tasted so good to me!

Have an awesome week and enjoy this Week’s Easy Weekday Supper Recipes:

Tuesday |  The Urban Mrs. – Thai Beef Curry

I’m not a great cook, but I can get by.

Combining the words “easy” and “recipe” is always a good thing for me! 🙂 Thanks!
