If you’ve heard of Buddha bowls, you know they’re healthy, trendy and beautiful!

Buddha Bowls have become a favorite at our house for many reasons. They are healthy, delicious and the best part, everyone can choose what they add to their Buddha Bowl. Everything from the ingredients that go inside the bowl, to the nuts and seeds toppings to the delicious sauces that can be used. Let’s face it, Buddha Bowls are a work of art. You can get so creative coming up with your own favorite combinations.

Here’s the thing, there really isn’t a recipe to follow. You just have fun and pile on the veggies. And in case you are wondering, we always add protein to our bowls! Let’s have some fun coming up with your own Buddha Bowls. The best tip I can give you is keep is simple. These bowls can be whipped up in no time using Nourish Bowls™ . They have the grains and veggies rolled into one and are done in approximately 5 minutes.

It’s easy to make these awesome Buddha Bowls.

Step 1: Start with the healthy grains.

  • Quinoa
  • Brown Rice
  • Barley
