I love Springtime. Spring calls for food with an easy and relaxed attitude. To me it is a time to tip toe outside and take in the beauty of all that is growing and coming to life again. Breath in the fresh air and take in all that life has to offer.
I love planning Springtime menus with low key culinary style. Straightforward food that doesn’t rely on a lot of fussy ingredients. I find that when entertaining my friends and family, they appreciate good food, not a show-off menu that takes days to prepare. There is something to be said about a simple menu.
That’s why when my friend Renee suggested we do an Easy and Simple Menu for this week’s Sunday Supper, I was all in! Renee has always inspired me with her great recipes and I love her take on The Family Table.
We would love to have you join us for this Sunday’s #SundaySupper event. We have incredibly easy and simple recipes coming your way. These recipes will inspire you to spend more Time Around the Family Table every Sunday.
