Crown Pork Roast Recipe

Crown Pork Roast Recipe

At our home, our Crown Pork Roast Recipe symbolizes a special occasion.  It is that one item that we don’t cook any other time than Christmas and Easter.  It is something that we have come to know as a special Recipe.

It is actually very easy to prepare but there is something so special about that beautiful Crown of Pork when it comes out of the oven and gets carved Around the Family Table.

If you have not tried a Crown Pork Roast, you have no idea how juicy the pork.  I would encourage everyone to try preparing it at least once.  I promise you family will be hooked.

What is your Special Holiday Recipe that everyone at your home Looks forward to?[print_this]

I’ve never had a crown pork roast either! I do love ribs though, so maybe I will give this a try someday 🙂

As far as Easter traditions goes, we don’t really have something (as a family) that we’d only make for that occasion. When the kids were little, I usually organized an egg hunt or we’d do something else that was Easter-related. Looking at this dish, though, made me think my husband would TOTALLY ADORE it – he’s a big fan of stuff like this. I just bookmarked it!

If your family isn’t large enough to do the “Crown”, you can ask your butcher to prepare just a Rack with however many ribs you need. Let me know if you try it!
