Weekday Supper Menu for the week of November 4 – 8

Monday
Beer Battered Fish with Oven Baked Chips and Spicy Tartar Sauce from Bobbi’s Kozy Kitchen
All the great flavor of pub style beer battered fish with crispy potato chips and spicy tartar sauce in the comfort of your own home.

Tuesday
Slow Cooker Apple Cider Pulled Chicken Sandwiches from Cupcakes & Kale Chips
Let chicken simmer all day with sweet onions and apple cider to come home to a slow cooker full of fall flavor ready to pile on some sandwiches and top with cheddar cheese.

Wednesday
Very Sloppy Joels from Shockingly Delicious
Family-friendly sloppy Joe sandwiches help Kate Gosselin get dinner on the table for her 8 children (yep, we said 8!). They’ll work at your house, too.

Thursday
Couscous Paella with Shrimp from The Dinner-Mom
Couscous paella with shrimp is a flavorful one-dish meal brimming with peppers, onions and peas. It will taste like you spent all day cooking this traditionally inspired dish, but it’s ready in less than 30 minutes and you’ll have just one pan to clean.

Friday
Balsamic-Glazed Pork Chops from girlichef
Thick-cut pork chops smothered in a sweet and tangy glaze that is laced with sweet, caramelized onions.

Those cider pulled chicken sandwiches look DEVINE. Only problem is that I can’t seem to locate the link to the recipe for the life of me… I went to Cupcakes and Kale Chips’ website and it’s nowhere to be found. If you could throw me an easier route, I’d appreciate it!

      Hi Courtney,

That’s on the menu for Tuesday, so if you check back at Cupcakes & Kale Chips tomorrow after 6 am, it will be there! This post will be updated at the end of the week with direct links to the recipes, as well.

      Thanks! 🙂
