Happy Monday! What a great weekend we had at our house. I love celebrating Father’s Day and this year was no different. We enjoyed a fabulous meal Around the Family Table. The highlight of our meal was the Lobster Ravioli. They were absolutely amazing. I followed this recipe but of course, had to add something new. The addition of sun dried tomatoes was a really nice touch. What can I say, I just can’t follow a recipe, even if it is my own.
There are few things that I enjoy more than the days that we break out our china and sit in the dining room enjoying a great meal. This Father’s Day was no different. Once again, Vo held court at the head of the table and we never tire of hearing his great stories from the old country.

At our home, our meals resemble so much more than nourishment. Our family table is truly the heart of our home. We love trying new recipes and can’t wait to try these beautiful recipes by this week’s contributors.
