This Week’s Easy Weekday Supper Recipes #WeekdaySupper

By FamilyFoodie 6 Comments

Happy Monday!  I am looking forward to a great week ahead! The boys are really enjoying 8 on 8 spring football, Riley is trying out for volleyball, I am planning our Easter Menu and I am excited to visit Chicago for the first time.  It will be busy but also so exciting.  I have begun planning my make-ahead meals to leave for Ron and the boys.  I’m thinking some type of casserole or a crock-pot meal that they can reheat.  Last time I flew to NYC, I left them my Portuguese Chicken Casserole and Portuguese Spicy Pulled Pork Sandwiches and they were a huge hit.  Any suggestions for me?  I am trying to get better at taking advantage of casserole and crock pot meals more often.

I am always so inspired by our #WeekdaySupper Contributors and this week is no different.  Take a look at the easy recipes they will be sharing!  You will want to check out their blogs that are filled with fabulous recipes and full of inspiration!

How fun, Isabel. We used to live in Chicago – enjoy!!! As for meals – now that I have actually made one 🙂 – lasagna can be nice and easy; I could also see a soup/stew 🙂
