Oatmeal Craisin White Chocolate Cookies

Oatmeal Craisin White Chcocolate CookiesI know what you are thinking.  I’m thinking the same thing.  What are cookies doing on this blog?  Well, it’s Valentine’s Day and while I am not a big celebrant, I thought I would surprise the kids when they got home from school with Oatmeal Craisin White Chocolate Cookies.  We love anything cranberry.  A couple of year’s ago, Alexandra came home with a bag of Craisins and we were all hooked.

By the way, don’t you just love the cute heart plate?  It was one of my Thrifty Saturday Finds and only 50 cents.  I just couldn’t pass it up.  Now you know the real reason I baked my Oatmeal Craisin White Chocolate Cookies.  I just wanted to make sure I photographed my heart shaped plate!

I ADORE the heart plate. It’s adorable and perfect, of course for today.

Moving on from the plate, I really want one of those cookies… like stat. They look fabulous and you did a great job!

I’ve made these before except I did a 1/2 white chocolate and 1/2 milk chocolate chip mix. They were a big hit!
