The Best Thanksgiving Leftovers Recipes #SundaySupper

I love this time of year for so many reasons.  It is finally cooling down here in Florida, football season is starting to wind down and the Holidays are close.  While Reis and Riley’s team didn’t make it into the playoffs this year, Ronnie’s team made it.  I am so excited about his playoff game tonight.  It is his Senior Year and he has had a phenomenal year.  I am looking forward to having Alexandra home from college next week and spending time Around the Family Table.  I feel as if I cherish every moment of family time, knowing that Ronnie will also be leaving for college next year.

We can’t wait for Thanksgiving.  I am preparing my list of new recipes to try this year.  I am on a mission to try a new stuffing recipe.  I am tired of my boring old one.  I am also looking for a new sweet potato recipe.  Something with a little oomph.  So if you have a really good stuffing or sweet potato recipe, send it over.

Reis and I have been working on some appetizers to share.  We try to have light appetizers since the Turkey and all the fixings will fill us up.  Reis always makes his famous Stop Light Salsa.  It is Alexandra’s favorite and she asks for it every time she comes home.  You may however have a hard time finding Peppers with Mustaches…   We always love having Tomato and Mozzarella, so easy, so light and so tasty.   What else should we make this year?
