Hey there! It’s that time of the week! Are you looking for Back to School Meals inspiration? Sunday Supper has become such a big part of my life. I originally started #SundaySupper because I wanted to inspire others to spend time around the family table. What I did not anticipate, was how much #SundaySupper would inspire me. My week would no longer be complete without #SundaySupper. It’s about the food, the recipes, the cooking and ultimately a way of life. But if I am to be completely honest, it’s about the people that it brings together every week. Our #SundaySupper contributors inspire me every week in so many ways. This week’s Sunday Supper host, has inspired me to write better, cook better, photograph better and be a better leader. She is not only an inspiration; I am honored to call her my friend.
Nicole Cook, in her amazing blog Daily Dish Recipes inspires others every day with her recipes and insight into family life with five teenagers. It is my pleasure to have her hosting this week’s #SundaySupper with Back to School Meals. Trust me when I tell you, not only is Nicole a smart cookie, her easy family meals are out of this world! There is no doubt this will be an awesome Sunday Supper event!
In my hunger to inspire others, I have come to realize that I was the one craving inspiration. If there was ever any doubt that food brings people together, our #SundaySupper Team is the perfect example.
Join us this week around the family table for Sunday Supper planned and hosted by Nicole from Daily Dish Recipes . We hope to inspire you with these fabulous recipes from our talented contributors. We will be sharing them all day long and would love for you to share your favorite Back to School Meals during our live chat at 7pm ET.

August 25, 2012 at 8:08 amWhere’s the #Vegan list – for me?
My family will love these, though my wife is fully in charge of the cooking. Now that I’m vegan, I actually make my food much of the time and simply heat up things I get at Whole Foods. But, sometimes I do make the whole enchilada…albeit without the meat and cheese!
