| Strawberry and Mozzarella Flatbread #SundaySupper |

- 4 Naan Flat Breads
- 8 ounces of shredded mozzarella
- 8 ounces of Fresh mozzarella, sliced thin
- 1 pound strawberries, sliced
- 4 green onions sliced
- 8 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette
- sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place flatbread on pizza pans or pizza stone
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over each flatbread
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from the oven and let sit
- Layer mozzarella and strawberries on top of the flatbreads
- Sprinkle green onions over the flatbreads
- Season with fresh ground sea salt and pepper
- Drizzle each Flatbread salad with 2 tablespoons of Raspberry Vinaigrette
- Enjoy for #sundaysupper appetizer or for a #weekdaysupper dinner!
