Crispy and Spicy Lemon Chicken Thighs #SundaySupper

Ingredients
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 8 Tablespoons paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1½ Tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Lemons
Instructions
  1. Combine paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat large skillet to medium and add olive oil.
  3. Dip chicken thighs in the spice mixture.
  4. Press down the chicken into the mixture until well coated.
  5. Place 4 at a time in the skillet.
  6. Cook on each side approximately 10 to 12 minutes until the skin is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Repeat until all the thighs are cooked.
  8. Remove the chicken thighs from the skillet
  9. Thinly slice one lemon and add to the skillet. Simmer on low for approximately 5 minutes.
  10. Add all the thighs to the skillet and squeeze the lemon juice from one lemon over the chicken.
  11. I love to serve with Portuguese Rice and a Simple Salad
