Grilled Mahi Mahi with Garlic Caper Sauce #SundaySupper

Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Four 6-ounce mahimahi steaks, approximately 1 ¾ inches thick
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • High Quality Extra-virgin olive oil to drizzle
Instructions
  1. Heat the grill to medium.
  2. Rub the Mahi Mahi with olive oil and season on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the fish over the medium heat on the grill.
  4. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  5. When finished, the fish should feel like the fleshy part of your palm.
  6. Transfer the cooked fish to four serving plates.
  7. Drizzle with high quality extra-virgin olive oil
  8. Top with Garlic Caper Sauce if desired. We love it plain or with the sauce
