- 2 slices of Healthy multigrain bread
- 2 slices of deli Turkey
- ¼ cup of Alfalfa sprouts
- 2 tablespoons of Pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons of Cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of French dressing
- Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread.
- Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on the cream cheese.
- Place turkey and alfalfa sprouts on the seeds.
- Drizzle French dressing on top to finish it off.
- Serve with a side of fresh fruit or vegetables.
