Skinny Chicken Bacon Bites are sure to be a favorite on your Sunday Supper Tailgate Menu during football season this year!
Ingredients
  • 3 pounds thin Chicken Breast cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 pound Bacon with each strip cut into 3 pieces
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic mined
  • 8 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 Green Onions sliced thin
Instructions
  1. Wrap the Chicken Breast cubes with the pieces of bacon
  2. Layer on a large glass baking dish
  3. Combine the Soy Sauce and Garlic and spread over Chicken
  4. Bake on 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
  5. Sprinkle the Brown Sugar evenly over the Chicken and return to over for 5 minutes or until bacon is crispy and sugar is melted
  6. Sprinkle the Green Onions over the Chicken and serve with toothpicks
