This sauce is perfect on Fish, Chicken, Steak or Veggies. Also fabulous over rice.
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup Water
- ¼ Cup Tomato Paste
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- ½ Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Juice of one Lime
- 1 pinch of salt
- *if you like some spice, add ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Combine all ingredients and blend in food processor
- Refrigerate for 24 hours prior to serving
- Use as a marinade and as a dipping sauce
