Slow Cooker Asian Beef Bowls #SundaySupper

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds Certified Angus Beef® Eye Round or Sirloin Tip Roast
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup Asian sauce or Ponzu Sauce
Instructions
  1. Place the Certified Angus Beef Eye Round in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic powder and brown sugar.
  3. Add Asian sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or overnight.
  5. Using 2 forks, pull the beef apart until shredded.
  6. Cover and cook on low for an additional hour or until most of the juicy is absorbed by the beef.
  7. Serve over cooked rice, quinoa, barley or sorghum.
  8. Add your favorite veggies and nuts on top.
