How To Make the Perfect Smashed Potatoes #SundaySupper

By FamilyFoodie 4 Comments

What is more comforting than Mashed Potatoes?   At our house, the only thing that comes close is Smashed Potatoes!

As much as we love creamy simple mashed potatoes, you can’t beat the nutritional value of keeping the skin on the taters. Eating the skin on your potato will allow you to consume more of several key nutrients, as well as help the flesh of the potato retain all the nutrients it has to offer.

Our family now loves Smashed potatoes as much as the original!  And the best part…. they are so easy to make!
